Thank you for stopping by my shop. My name is Ashley and I hand sew and hand dye these magical threads in my home in Southern California.

I started Mystic Minx with the intention to create colorful homemade, organic, quality clothing to share with other magical beings.

My love for sewing clothing started when I was 10 years old. I had gone back and forth for my love for the trade throughout the years because I wanted to create the best quality in my eyes. I wanted my clothing to be sewn neat, clean, and sturdy, yet still maintain my funky style.

I had struggled for years trying to learn and obtain the correct knowledge to create my clothing up to my standards.

That all came to an end when I met the beautiful Cheyenne of Flowerpot Handmade. She took me in with the fair knowledge I had and opened me up to a complete new world of clothing. She inspired my love for organic clothing and especially the color science world of dyeing. I am very fortunate to have worked with her side by side as she showed me the ways of patternmaking, sewing on industrial machines, and dyeing.

Mystic Minx would not exist without her and I hope you can find a piece of her in my heartwork because she was/is a massive part of my journey and creations.
