Refunds & Exchanges

I will accept returns on a case to case basis. I do not accept returns/refunds based on dye variations alone. Organic hand dyed clothing is inconsistent and beautiful! Organic fabric will have fibers that will pick up the dye deeper in some areas and other areas on the same garment will be slightly softer, but I will do my very best to capture the correct color in photos. I will accept exchanges depending on the issue of the order. I must be contacted within 14 days of delivery, and item/items must be shipped back 30 days from delivery date. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Due to the fact that I am a very small business, please take a moment to message me the right questions for you if you are concerned about a size or color. <3

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

Cancellations
I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
